- High voltage Boom Truck control. Utilizing CANbus control for hydraulic valves and system control including joysticks, HMI, CANbased keypads.
- Fertilizer spreader - ground speed-based control for operations with fertilizer / seed applications. Operator controls through custom display creation.
- Garbage truck – side loader arm functionality, front loader functionality, PLC /touch screen interface.
- Snow truck management – salt / brine application control. IoT functions to track material applications.
- Class 8 truck transmission creation – Startup company. All levels of electrical development for a Hydraulic pump / motor setup for this vehicle. This included R&D on creating a algorithm aimed at maximum fuel economy. Many tests created / executed to obtain these results.
- Concrete truck hydraulic control operation – all functions of the truck including drum control, front / rear discharges, interface to various chassis builders.
- Remote control / IoT access utilization – hardware / software to allow both IoT functionality, as well as remote access to electronic controllers.
- Tractor mounted boom mower – utilizing hydraulics and mobile CAN networks for system control.
- Anti-stall optimization – electronic intelligence to allow machinery to run in desired operating range. This also allowed better machine efficiency and life to the machine.
- wireless remote controls – work with various companies for options to allow machine tether to be removed. Electronic controllers that can operate with wireless technology.
Industrial
- Automotive assembly line. These systems include positioning using servo drive functionality. Also, Robotic interface (Nachi), and specialty pick / place functions. This system used an overview software to track down / up time and error messages. This overview allowed for uptime study and proof to management for systems upgrades.
- CRT assembly line. This line would be used in several buildings. Many PLCs sharing information for the product. Would assist with new line modification / systems. Responsible with day to day support of assembly lines. Many different types of machines from machine press, ovens, assembly manual and Robotic (Motoman, Nachi, Panasonic, Hirata)), test equipment.
- Bottle packing assembly line – Creation of new assembly line that included several robotic cell and the conveyor interface systems. This system used individual PLC’s and many VFD drives.
- Heavy equipment assembly line – Creation of large cell assembly using Hydraulic power sources. Welding functions included.
- High speed book binding assembly line – Responsible for the electrical controls for this high speed system. Equipment included book gathering equipment, book binders, book trimmers and associated conveyor systems. Supported programming effort on PLC and HMI. Supported field installs.
